MVM Tech is incorporated in Qatar and operates on Qatar business hours — Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm AST. We meet clients in person across Doha and understand local requirements from direct experience: Arabic RTL interfaces, NAPS and QPay integrations, WPS payroll format, and Qatar Labour Law. When you need to reach us, you reach us — same timezone, same city.

The majority of our revenue comes from clients we've been working with for over a year. We structure the relationship to encourage that — full code ownership from day one, thorough documentation at handover, and maintenance retainers that keep us involved after launch. How we work
We spend time with your team — not just the technical contact — to understand the business problem, map the workflows, identify the users, and define what success looks like. This produces a scoping document you can hold us to.
Before writing code, we design the system architecture, data models, and user interfaces. Every technical decision is documented with reasoning. Scope, timeline, and budget are locked here — not revised mid-project.
We build in two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each. You review real functionality, not mockups. Issues are caught early, not discovered at launch.
Deployment is handled by us — hosting, DNS, SSL, monitoring. Handover includes complete source code, documentation, credentials, and a training session for your team. We then move into a maintenance retainer or stay available for follow-on work.
