MVM Tech is a software studio in Doha. We build software, websites, and apps for businesses across Qatar — from small operations running on spreadsheets to established companies modernising how they work.
Our story
MVM Tech is the technology arm of MVM Group, a Doha-based holding company with operating businesses in Qatar. Being part of an established group gives us a stable financial foundation that most independent agencies lack — we're not chasing the next project to keep the lights on. That means we can be selective about who we work with, take on multi-year engagements without anxiety, and price honestly rather than whatever keeps us afloat.
When you engage us, you work with the same engineers from the first conversation through to post-launch support. The same people who scoped the work are the ones building it, shipping it, and standing behind it. No account managers in the middle, no handoffs between teams.
We're not trying to be the largest software company in Qatar. We're trying to be the team our clients are most glad they chose — measured in years of continued work, not in the size of our client logo wall.

How we work
These aren't aspirational values on a wall. They're how every project at MVM Tech actually runs.
MVM Tech is incorporated in Qatar and operates on Qatar business hours — Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm AST. We meet clients in person across Doha and understand local requirements from direct experience: Arabic RTL interfaces, NAPS and QPay integrations, WPS payroll format, and Qatar Labour Law. When you need to reach us, you reach us — same timezone, same city.
The engineers who scope your project are the same engineers who write the code and ship it. No handoffs, no account managers in the middle. What you discuss in the first meeting is what gets built — the same people who understood the problem are the ones solving it.
The majority of our revenue comes from clients we've been working with for over a year. We structure the relationship to make that natural: full code ownership from day one, thorough documentation at handover, and maintenance retainers that keep us involved after launch. We're not trying to win the next project from you. We're trying to be the team you call first.
Everything we build belongs to you. Source code is on your GitHub repository, the database is in your account, the domain is in your registrar. We hand over every credential at completion. You can take it to another team, host it yourself, or continue with us — your choice, not one forced by proprietary tooling or withheld passwords.
We build with TypeScript for type safety across the full stack, write tests for business-critical logic, and document systems so the next engineer can work on them without archaeology. We don't ship quick hacks and call it done. The code we hand over is the kind we'd want to inherit ourselves.
Discovery produces a scoping document you can hold us to. Once architecture is designed and scope agreed, timeline and price are fixed. We don't revise scope mid-project. If requirements change, we scope the change separately — clearly, not absorbed into a vague time-and-materials invoice.
